What is the internal organizational structure of NYEX? Who represents NYEX? What is decision procedure?

Currently, it is the Hungarian Research Student Association (http://www.kutdiak.hu), which undertook the organization of the network. At this formation phase we do neither have a Board, nor a formal decision making process or Rules of Operation. These formal elements will be established after a discussion with existing members.
